Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether his Department has received a request from the Ukrainian government to supply iodine tablets.
This question was answered on 5th July 2023
In 2022, via the International Donor Coordination Centre, the Government received a request from Ukraine to supply iodine tablets. 5.5 million iodine tablets were donated by the EU. We have no current plans to supply Ukraine with further anti-radiation medication.
