No specific discussions have been had. The majority of services for patients with functional neurological disorders (FND) are commissioned locally by integrated care boards, which are best placed to plan the provision of services subject to local prioritisation and funding. NHS England commissions the specialised elements of FND care to ensure that people with more complex health needs receive the best possible care.
