Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the annual cost of running the University Royal Naval Unit in Manchester was in each year between 2008 and 2018.

Due to a change in Navy finance procedures the annual costs for each University Royal Navy Unit (URNU) are only held centrally for the period 2008 – 2014. The information for the years after 2014 could be provided only at disproportionate cost. The costs for Devon URNU, established in 2017, are therefore not available. The information held is as follows:
