Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when the Government plans to issue the call for evidence as part of the review into rogue bailiffs announced on 2 April 2018.

The Government intends to launch a call for evidence of the enforcement agent reforms before the end of year.
