Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Answer of 5 July 2023 to Question 191934, what his Department's projected spend on international climate finance is for the current financial year.

The UK spent over £1.4 billion on international climate finance over the course of the 2021-22 financial year, supporting developing countries to reduce poverty and respond to the causes and impacts of climate change. Figures for 2022-23 and subsequent years will be published in due course.
