Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the cost to the public purse was of allegations of trespass against National Highways in each of the last five years.
This question was answered on 4th September 2023
National Highways can confirm that it is not aware of any formal litigation pertaining to trespass issued against National Highways in the last 5 years.
