Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what the cost to the public purse was of stopping and restarting the CP7 Network Rail Eastern region procurement process.
This question was answered on 6th September 2023
The procurement process was stopped, redesigned, and then restarted in a way that ensured minimal costs to the public purse.
