Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether her Department provides guidance to (a) football clubs and (b) other sporting organisations on the inclusion of non-disparagement clauses preventing people under contract from criticising owners or other specified entities; and if she will make a statement.

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport offers no guidance on commercial contracts between employees and employers in sport.
