As of 4 September 2023, there are 760 electric vehicles and 1,415 hybrid vehicles leased under the Phoenix II, otherwise know as the 'white fleet'.

There are currently electric and hybrid vehicles made by Citroen, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Land Rover, Maxus, MG, Mini, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Skoda, Toyota, and Volkswagen in the 'white fleet'.

The Ministry of Defence does not hold a central list of the country of manufacture for every vehicle leased under Phoenix II, therefore I am unable to offer details of the country of manufacture for the vehicles within scope of the question.
