Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Minister of State, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, what the Government's position is on the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court to investigate the conduct of all parties in Gaza.

The UK is a strong supporter of the International Criminal Court. We respect the independence of the Court and note the comments of the Prosecutor on this matter.
