To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, how many late filing penalties Companies House issued against private companies in 2022.

Official statistics on the number of late filing penalties issued against all companies are made publicly available online by Companies House. The most recent data show that 335,909 late filing penalties were issued against private companies in the 2022 calendar year.
