To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, how many late filing penalties Companies House issued against limited liability partnerships in 2022.

Official statistics on the number of late filing penalties issued against all companies are made publicly available online by Companies House. The most recent data can be found in this link here and show that 4,750 late filing penalties were issued against limited liability partnerships in 2022 calendar year.
