Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what progress his Department has made on supporting the UK market to reach 300,000 public electric vehicle charging points by 2030.

The rollout of electric car chargers is accelerating every year, and the Government expects around 300,000 public chargers to be installed by 2030. Over 45,500 public charging devices have been installed.
