Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent discussions he has had with the British Medical Association on industrial action by GP's.
Government officials and Ministers meet regularly with the England General Practitioners Committee of the British Medical Association (BMA) and discusses a range of topics. The Government is grateful for the tireless efforts of general practitioners and their staff and is keen to work constructively with the BMA on future contractual arrangements.
