Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, Pursuant to the Answer of 25 July 2023 to Question 194394 on Ministry of Justice: Buildings, what types of buildings on his Department's estate contain reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC).

We are currently undertaking surveys to determine the presence of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) across the entire Ministry of Justice estate.

At present, the focus is on bringing together the information we hold about the Government estate into one place. This work is being coordinated by the Office of Government Property.
