Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when the former Chief Executive at the Countess of Chester Hospital, Tony Chambers, was last employed by (a) the NHS and (b) an organisation overseen by his Department.

National Health Service staff records are not held centrally by the Department.
