To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what information his Department holds on the dates Alison Kelly, the former nursing and quality director at the Countess of Chester Hospital, was last employed by (a) the NHS and (b) an organisation overseen his Department.

National Health Service staff records are not held centrally by the Department.
