Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many of those convicted of fly-tipping were handed the maximum possible sentence in each year since 2009-10.

The number of offenders found guilty at all courts of 'fly tipping' related offences, in England and Wales, from 2009/10 to 2012/13, and also specifically for South and Central Staffordshire, alongside the number of offenders given the maximum allowable sentence, can be viewed in the table.
