Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he plans to take steps to update public health guidance on alcohol consumption.

There are no current plans to do so. The existing United Kingdom Chief Medical Officers’ low risk drinking guidelines are available at the following link:
