Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will make it her policy to roll out artificial intelligence cameras to help detect motorists who use their mobile phone whilst driving.

Law enforcement, including road traffic enforcement, is an operational matter for local chief officers of Police. It is for them to decide how best to set about this, including what services or equipment they might purchase and use.
