Type 23 Frigates

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 14 September 2023 to Question 198616 on Type 23 Frigates, whether that funding was used in the most recent refurbishments of (a) HMS Somerset, (b) HMS Argyll, (c) HMS Iron Duke and (d) HMS Westminster.

The £37 million funding spent to date in financial year 2023-24 has been utilised on HM Ships Iron Duke, Westminster, Argyll, St Albans and Sutherland. No Upkeep funding has been expended on HMS Somerset to date in this financial year.
