Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer dated 4 December 2018 to Question 197314, in what circumstances was it (a) relevant and (b) not relevant to require people with TOEIC certificates whose results were found by ETS to be questionable to undertake a fresh test or an interview.
