To ask the Prime Minister, if he will establish a Cabinet Committee on the Arts and Creative Industries.

The Home Affairs Cabinet Committee covers a wide range of domestic policy including the arts and the creative industries. The Government has established the Creative Industries Council, jointly co-chaired by the Secretaries of State for Culture, Media and Sport and Business, Innovation and Skills, with an industry co-chair, Nicola Mendelsohn (Vice-President, Facebook).
