To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, how much the Groceries Code Adjudicator spent on equality and diversity training in the 2022-23 financial year.

The Groceries Code Adjudicator uses the training offer provided on Civil Service Learning. No specific equality and diversity training was procured in 2022-2023, so there was a nil spend on training of this type. The total staff training costs are published in the Groceries Code Adjudicator’s Annual Report and Accounts.
