Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, how many staff work at the UK embassy in Israel.

Both our Embassy in Tel Aviv and Consulate in Jerusalem remain staffed and continue to provide consular services to British nationals who require assistance. A Rapid Deployment Team has also been sent to Israel to bolster the efforts of British consular officials.
