Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, pursuant to the Answer of 19 June 2014, Official Report, column 1252, on energy markets (competition), what estimate he has made of the level of fuel poverty under the low income high costs indicator in each year between 1997 and 2010.
The number of fuel poor households in England under the Low Income High Costs (LIHC) indicator of fuel poverty are available for the following years:
