To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what consumer research his Department has commissioned on (a) the Green Deal and (b) the Energy Company Obligation since 2013.

As part of our evaluation of Green Deal and ECO we have commissioned a range of consumer research, covering research into the customer journey including people's views, attitudes and experiences of the Green Deal and ECO journeys, the experience of arranging assessments, actions and intentions after receipt of a Green Deal Advice Report and general public awareness of Green Deal. DECC has published the various outputs of this research on its website and will continue to do so in line with the Government Social Research publication guidance.
