To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what statistics his Department holds on the use of fixed penalty notices in each local authority area and in each category.

The Ministry of Justice Court Proceedings Database holds information on Penalty Notice for Disorder which are a form of Fixed Penalty Notice and are available by police force area only at the following link:
