Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many people have been (a) arrested for and (b) convicted of the offence of squatting in a residential building under section 144 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 since its entry into force.
This question was answered on 17th July 2014
