Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will bring forward legislative proposals to make trespass a criminal offence.

Last year the Government ran a consultation on Powers for dealing with unauthorised development and encampment. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government will publish a Government response in due course.
