Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the value is of compensation payouts issued by his Department on the grounds of (a) structural damage to private property and (b) loss of livestock in each year since 2010; and what the highest such payment in each case has been.

The amounts paid in the UK and abroad in regard to the two categories in question, including legal costs, were as follows:
