Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the total value of payouts to armed forces veterans and their families under the War Pensions Scheme has been in each year since 2010.

The total expenditure to Armed Forces veterans and their families under the War Pensions Scheme in each year since 2010 has been;
2010-11 - £ 935 million
2011-12 - £ 916 million
2012-13 - £ 908 million
2013-14 - £ 859 million
