Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the total value of payouts to armed forces veterans and their families under the Armed Forces Pension scheme has been in each year since 2010.

The total expenditure to Armed Forces veterans and their families under the Armed Forces Pension Scheme each year since 2010 has been;
2010-11 - £ 3,519 million
2011-12 - £ 3,811 million
2012-13 - £ 4,071 million
2013-14 - £ 4,089 million
