Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what weighting his Department will give to (a) UK content, (b) UK employment and (c) a wider strategy of support for the UK helicopter production industry in taking a decision on the future of the Apache helicopter upgrade.

The Ministry of Defence is considering a number of options to sustain the attack helicopter capability. No decision has yet been taken on the procurement strategy.
