Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many new EU directives and regulations have been transposed into UK law by her Department since May 2010.

The Home Office has transposed three Directives since May 2010. In addition, five EU Regulations for which the Home Office is responsible have come into force in the same period. Regulations have direct effect and do not require transposition.
