Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, with reference to chart 4.6 of the Annual Fuel Poverty Statistics Report 2014, published by his Department on 12 June 2014, what proportion of the (a) local authority, (b) owner-occupied, (c) private rented and (d) housing association households are in fuel poverty.
