To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, with reference to section 4.2.4 of the Annual Fuel Poverty Statistics Report, published by his Department on 12 June 2014, what proportion of fuel-poor households live in (a) local authority, (b) owner-occupied, (c) private rented and (d) housing association housing.
