Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the Answer of 18 November 2013, Official Report, column 697, what the value was of the outstanding key industrial capacity notice received by BAE MNS.
This question was answered on 4th September 2014
No payment value had been calculated for the Key Industrial Capability (KIC) notice when the Commercial Principles Agreement was signed in November 2013. Under the terms of this agreement, BAE Systems agreed to waive any outstanding claims for KIC payments.
