Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what are the terms of reference of the review into the FCDO and UKSC vetting process; and who it will report to.

Sir Adrian Fulford will provide his report to the Cabinet Secretary and the Security Minister (as the Minister responsible for National Security Vetting). A summary of the report, setting out Sir Adrian’s recommendations and findings, will be published in due course. The Terms of Reference for the Review will also be published.
