To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what estimate his Department has made of the number of fuel poor households under the low-income high costs definition in (a) Wales and (b) Scotland with an energy performance certificate rating of (i) A, (ii) B, (iii) C, (iv) D, (v) E, (vi) F and (vii) G.
