Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest hourly rate paid for legal advice was by (a) his Department and (b) each of his Department's arms length bodies in 2018.

The highest hourly rate paid for Legal Advice by Ministry of Justice and its Arm’s Length Bodies in 2018 was £360 (excluding VAT).
Please note that Ministry of Justice, uses Government Legal Advice Services Framework (RM3786) with maximum rate cards agreed with all suppliers on the framework.
