To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many men had convictions for offences related to consensual gay sex expunged from their criminal records in each year since 2012.
As of 9 September 2014 the number of individuals who have had convictions for offences related to consensual gay sex expunged from their criminal records in each year since 2012 are:

2013 38
2014 13
There are three outstanding cases. Some individuals have made multiple applications.
