Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many officials in his Department of what (a) gender, (b) ethnicity and (c) age received the Civil Service Employment Policy Performance Management System's (i) exceeded, (ii) met and (iii) must improve performance mark in 2013-14.

The attached table provides the information requested. The figures for ethnicity are based on employees who have declared their ethnicity and exclude those of unknown ethnicity.

The information in the response excludes the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and Vehicle Certification Agency which do not have comparable performance management systems.
