Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what representations (a) he, (b) Ministers in his Department and (c) officers in his Department received on the court reform programme.

Since March 2013, Ministers and Departmental officials have been engaging with a range of partners, stakeholders and external organisations to develop proposals for the HMCTS Reform programme. This has included regular meetings with other government departments and the senior judiciary.
