Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether the court reform programme has considered the case for improvement work at Sunderland Court.

HM Courts & Tribunals Service keeps its estate under review to ensure that it meets operational requirements. Any estate decisions, including new investment proposals, will be part of the wider considerations of HMCTS Reform and no decisions have been taken regarding the site in Sunderland.
