Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what criteria his Department's court reform programme uses to determine the case for court rebuilding works; and if he will make a statement.

HM Courts & Tribunals Service Reform will enable the delivery of an efficient and high performing courts and tribunals service that will meet the needs and expectations of 21st century court users.

Investment decisions will be considered to ensure they offer long term value for money for taxpayers and provide services for court and tribunal users, in particular victims, witnesses and vulnerable users.
