Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding on US coast guard sailors serving on Royal Navy warships signed by the US Coast Guard Commandant and Admiral Sir George Zambellas in July 2014.
