Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the answer of 11 March 2026, to Question 110793, on Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government: Flexible Working, how many and what proportion of full-time staff on full pay (1.0 FTE) in the department work compressed hours over a four day week.

1,283 full-time employees are recorded as working one-week compressed hour schedules, representing 2.6 per cent of all full-time employees.
