Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether anyone has been prosecuted for taking a Toeic English language test as a proxy in place of the actual candidate.

Three individuals have been prosecuted and convicted for criminal offences in connection with taking a TOEIC English Language test as a proxy in place of the actual candidate. These convictions occurred in two separate criminal investigations undertaken by the Home Office.
