Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :
To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, which regulatory functions imposed by legislation for which his Department has responsibility are currently undertaken by trade associations; and if he will make a statement.

None of the legislation for which my Department has responsibility imposes regulatory functions that are undertaken by trade associations.
